      Pros

      No Micro-Management Relatively Nice Office buildings with free parking Private Healthcare Good as a 1st job out of uni or as a way to build some experience for some better opportunities

      Cons

      No career progression On boarding + Training is lackluster Pay is way behind industry standard thus difficult in keeping and hiring staff Technology + skills set needed is outdated and will leave you lagging behind if you stay there too long No investment in personal growth and development Ageing workforce Atmosphere in office is abit grim.. Little to no social activities Print media industry is shrinking so future of business looks bleak

      Pros

      Employee dedication to customer base. Employees are supportive of their peers even though the numbers have been reduced from a once thriving company of over 350 to only 10 local and 9 remote.

      Cons

      Not much hope of advancement as parent company is mainly only concerned with maintaining support revenue of remaining customers. Limited enthusiasm from parent company for current products.
