Pros
Miles works very hard to ensure all employees are treated equally, respectfully and fairly. Do we work hard? Absolutely! Is it a challenge? Every day! Is the best career I have ever had? YES! Miles Technologies may not be for everyone but if you are a hard worker who excels at the skills you have and want to make a difference in you customer's, co-worker's and own life, it is a great place to be. Salaries are competitive and the extra perks make it even better. You do not have to pay for breakfast or lunch if you choose. You do not need pay for a gym membership because they have a gym and sports courts. You can even entertain your friends and family here on the weekends if you like. Who does that?!?!
Cons
None! Anyone that has something negative to say more than likely does not want to work hard and be successful. It is frustrating to those of us that are committed to being the best we can be and making the company succeed. At the end of the day it is the team members that make this place great!
