Pros

Work from home for everyone. Office is optional. Welcoming atmosphere. Plenty of work to do. Ways to move up into different positions (this I saw first hand, it’s not hyperbole)

Cons

Pay is low compared to the amount of work that needs to be done. Benefits are great, if you live in New Jersey. Almost $100 will be taken out of your pay for medical with high deductibles. It’s cheaper to go to an urgent care. Work is so plenty(depending on the team you are assigned) it can be extremely overwhelming and it isn’t the Team’s fault.

Thank you for being part of our company. Even though your employment with us ended, I hope that you look back on the positive experiences. The salary offers almost always are at or above what the candidate entered as the desired salary. We utilize salary data for each region we employ to ensure we are paying our staff competitively. The average salary increase per year is more than double the average salary increase nationwide. When people build their careers with us, they experience many jumps in their salary and continue to have a competitive salary as they advance their skillsets. As for benefits every year, we do our due diligence in choosing our healthcare provider, offering our employees the best care at the lowest price possible. As a group, we are motivated and excited to have the chance to be part of a company that wants to accomplish a lot each day. Most people who make long-term careers at our company thrive in our bustling environment and prefer that to a slower pace. Most of our staff are exhilarated by the opportunities provided by a company that is busy and growing and are not looking to do less in their days. I understand this is not for everyone, yet it is our culture. I personally work because I love what I do. I do not look to do less. I look to accomplish more. I believe most of our staff feel the same since our average tenure is through-the-roof compared to other growing companies. I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors, and I hope you grow to look back on the good regarding your time with us.

Pros

Family comes first here at Miles IT. I work from home because I have kids in school and kids with special needs. Miles IT offers the flexibility I need to take care of them. Miles IT offers great opportunities for advancement and expanding your knowledge. Everyone I work with is super friendly, and we all strive to support and help each other succeed. We may have many divisions, but we are all one company, and we ensure each other's success.

Cons

Sometimes, I work a bit longer hours because I am so engaged in something that I can't stop until I'm done. (maybe that is my ADHD talking)

Pros

Great place for IT beginners. They put family first and offer great flexibility with work-from-home shift timings. It’s a great environment for learning new skills and gaining hands-on technical exposure.

Cons

The company suffers from poor workload management, continuously loading tasks onto overwhelmed employees while senior staff are too busy to offer timely help. Management fails to value seasoned employees, routinely ignoring their feedback and opinions. Instead, the culture leans into unnecessary micromanagement, where employees are constantly criticized for petty mistakes that do not impact the customer, leaving staff feeling unappreciated. Combined with the complete absence of an HR department to address behavioral issues, this creates a highly stressful and toxic work environment.
