Pros
- Miles is big on career growth; you’re encouraged to identify career objectives and meet them, and you’re given the resources and time to do that. - Leadership listens. If you’re struggling with a task, if you need additional resources to complete said task, or if you think a process can be done better / differently and accomplish more, they start with yes and work from there to figure it out with you. It’s one of Miles’ strong suits. - The main building (Lumberton) has a ton of amenities that are really enjoyable and create a great work culture. Fully-stocked lunchroom and indoor space that includes darts, pool tables, shuffleboard, basketball court, tennis, and gym. Covered outdoor seating, a huge community-style garden space, etc. - Remote working is a massive plus.
Cons
- It is a fast-paced environment, and circumstances change constantly. Some might consider this to be a negative. - Suggestions for improvements occasionally fall by the wayside, depending on perceived level of importance. - Amount of PTO could improve.
