Pros
In my opinion, this is an organization that strives to be open and honest at all levels. If you don't think something is working, bring it up. The feedback is not only received well, but it is welcomed and the honesty is praised. It is a place where you actually feel you are all working towards the same goals and objectives. And the people you work with have your back, want you to succeed, and, in many cases, become lifelong friends. You get the opportunity to be proud of what you do every day and the impact that you have on the customers and those around you. Recognition is provided often and when deserved. Fun is encouraged. Just yesterday there was a snowball fight in the parking lot (optional of course)! The lunch room games and fully stocked fridge are great benefits too, but it is the culture, the challenging work, the future potential for all, and the coworkers that make this a fantastic company.
Cons
Most issues are out in the open and being worked on as part of the organizational goals. Nothing is perfect. Miles is not perfect. But, they are willing to admit that fact and face the issues head on.
