No benefits for hourly employees and low pay, but its a small company so what do you expect

I had been a freelance writer since I graduated high school. After college I joined MilestoneSEO as a full-time in-house employee and they have been very accommodating. I've learned a lot at this company, and the more I learned the higher I climbed. The CEO is very responsive to your needs and wants. I told her where I see myself in two years and we have started a path that will put me there. In addition to being immersed in a team-oriented, professional environment that accepts personality and creativity, I have learned innovative SEO and PR tactics. I am very thankful for the opportunities MilestoneSEO has offered me and look forward to expanding them.

The biggest flaw is with communication. Despite the protocols we have in place and a healthy amount of meetings to ensure clarity, it seems something always gets lost in translation. Management is receptivity, though, so most kinks can be worked out with a simple conversation.
