Pros

There were opportunities for career growth for sure - you just have to put in the work like anything else. Competitive pay and benefits compared to similar roles at other companies. Milestone took a chance on me when I needed it most in my life. I hope I was able to repay it back with dedication and always trying to do my best. Despite ups and downs, I will be forever grateful for my time with Milestone.

Cons

Outsourced HR reps during hiring process were very grating to deal with - almost to the point where it felt like I wouldn't get the job after a job offer was made - simply because they didn't hear back from my references... Senior management (L3/L4) was very disconnected from the actual work the L1s were doing, to an embarrassing degree. Causing major problems with how the business operated, and burnout of L1s. It seems improved from when I joined 3 years ago, but needs work. Individual orgs feel disconnected from Milestone as a whole.

Pros

Good entry point into logistics and data center operations. Employees often mention gaining hands-on experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, asset tracking, and logistics processes that can help build a supply chain or IT operations career. Decent work-life balance. Logistics Associate reviews on Indeed show work-life balance scoring higher than other categories (around 3.6/5). Exposure to major tech clients. Many Milestone logistics positions support large technology companies and data centers, which can look good on a résumé

Cons

Limited advancement opportunities. Job security and career growth receive some of the lowest ratings among review categories. Contractor environment. Because Milestone often works through client contracts, your experience can depend heavily on the client site you're assigned to. Some employees report feeling disconnected from corporate leadership.
