1. All these points I am putting here is specifically about Paysafe project, but yeah I assume they must be having similar culture across other project as well.
2. Poor to avg engineering managers(EMs).
3. Not only Ems but tech leads are even worst in terms of knowledge and skills, some guys are on Paysafe project for like more than 3 years and they even don't have basic skills.
4. Very little to learn here but lot of deadlines to meet.
5. Personally for me it was the worst decision to join Milestone.
6. If you are having other offers as well then please avoid joining here. I was having 3-4 offers but I joined here just because it was remote, which turned out to be really bad decision pretty soon.
