Close-knit company, good values and they are held in high regard, all kind & supportive people with good intentions, hard-working people, nice office space, hybrid working, company is always looking to improve and it listens to the employees (everyone can have their say and they aren't ignored), progressive culture, opportunities to develop career for all. Exciting place to work, lots happening and lots of energy.
Cons
Can be overly fast-paced with a 'panicked' and overworked vibe, with overly high expectations. Under-resourced departments, high employee turnover, which can be stressful.
