Decent company to work for

Arrogant staff, low pay and a small variety of cases

High pay, ability to work independently

Poor orientation and education department. Lack of competent preceptors. Unethical charting: pre-charting before going into homes and falsifying documentation. All about Medicare, billing and paperwork. Charting software full of errors and barriers to chart care. Leadership severely lacking. Employees seem miserable, not friendly. Be prepared to work outside your hired territory-you will meet the needs of the patients wherever they are. The mileage/gas stipend is not worth putting extreme mileage on your vehicle.
