High turnover and poor management - Anonymous employee Millennium Circuits Employee Review

Management is terrible. Berating employees daily. Spoken to in extreme disrespectful ways. Excessive workloads in every department. They will call you while you’re on vacation and expect you to answer and work. Zero work life balance- owner even told everyone he doesn’t believe in that. They have a “culture” that they preach but management is the exception to the “culture”. They change your instructions daily and claim no knowledge of the previous instruction and you’re questioned why you did something that way. Constant changes in procedures from week to week. You’ll never know how to truly do your job duties. Employee turn over is the highest I’ve ever seen at any company- 23 people in 2 years. Hardly anyone stays longer than a year or two. No HR department. Your raise is a joke- 3% max if you over exceed your goals. Goals are set so you don’t reach them intentionally. And if you do reach them they find something to retract that bonus so you don’t get paid or you get paid significantly less.
