None...WAIT, there's always a positive, right? Here you go: I learned how to document every move I made, every move management made and even how to seek professional legal assistance in order to get paid what I was owed for working. That's the only positive. NOTE: ***NEVER use your own money to pay for company related expenses ahead of time - even if they PROMISE repayment by "approving" your paperwork or sending you "approval" emails/texts. Make them give you a company credit card.

Endless. This office has huge problems with drugs, is very unprofessional to employees/customers and is overly sexist towards women. IF YOU ARE A WOMAN, do NOT WORK HERE. The male management use intimidation tactics on women and there's no level of workplace respect. Compensation is ridiculous, virtually non-existant. I had to get an attorney and wait nearly a year for a reimbursement check the company refused to send - EVEN though all documentation was provided and approved by management. I was not the only one. Many didn't even receive weekly paychecks! I truly hope this review helps protect others from Millennium Home Design.
