Never boring or simple, property management at MPI is a great learning experience for aspiring property managers. Staff is very friendly and helpful Brokers are honest and hardworking Plenty of commercial property exposure Great overall office attitude Can be successful in any kind of market

Very small (not necessarily a con) Things can get messy/frustrating when working a receivership (that is the case anywhere you go)
