Overall it’s a good place to work

Work load can be a lot at times.

It was close to home. I worked with a lot of good nurses(RN, LPN,CNA). I learned more about long term care and tracheostomy.

Leadership was never on the same page. Rules and regulations changed frequently. Human Resources was not for the employee. Upper management were not available to employees. As a Respiratory Therapy Clinician, I was very limited on what I knew clinically needed to be done and rules guided by monetary gains/losses. Extremely high turnover rate including management for my occupation.
