      Pros

      No pros. OSHA nightmare . Company does not value its employees. Shops are outdated . Safety and employee retention is not priority.

      Cons

      Shop managers and tech ‘s are not respected. Managers are overworked and blamed for everything. All departments lean on shop that is already understaffed. Managers are forced to work 65 hours a week to handle workload. Tech” s are in an unsafe environment . Shops need serious updating .

      Hard to get fired. They will give you ample chances

      Cons

      Only cater to employees that have been there for a while’s turnover rate doesn’t matter. Even if you go above and beyond it isn’t recognized
