Pros

None There are no pros here whatsoever. Want to be overworked for lousy pay? Then apply here.

Cons

Being treated like a slave and overworked for minimum pay. Lowest of the low. Fascist rules to work for $5.00 an hour. Horrible trashy customers that live off welfare and don't tip you and they expect to be treated like royalty in a sports bar. Lots of unsatisfied and rude co-workers that take their frustration out on you because their lives are most likely terrible. We were forced to memorize all of corporate employees names including CEO and were tested on it in order to be qualified to be a server there. I don't even want to waste time mentioning the rest of it. They also pay the hostesses $5.00 an hour and make you tip them out at the end of the night out of your own pocket that way they don't have to pay them! Bottom line....If you have no skills or morals and suck at life this is the place for you!

Pros

Honestly no pros besides getting to work with and learn from wild bill, decent tips

Cons

Management doesn't care about you as a person at all, no matter how hard you work you will never hear them say "thank you" or "you're doing a good job" If you're having an issue with a guest, management will most likely hide in the back office until you figure it out yourself. They have no auto gratuity for large parties but accept parties of 20-80 people. They hire people on Work release still in prison, and allow them to harass the young women with no consequences. I worked here for two years and I got robbed while working here and had to literally beg the general manager to let me call the cops. It was estimated I had $200-$300 stole and he compensated me $60 and expected me to shut up about it. That was my last straw, I hope no one else has to experience this.
