The firm has embraced tools like Canopy to improve workflow, and it's encouraging to see leadership support thoughtful implementation that benefits both productivity and work-life balance.

Like many public accounting firms, the workload can fluctuate during busy season. Expectations are high, but they're paired with meaningful responsibility and trust. The firm is growing, and as with any growing firm, there are still opportunities to improve structure, especially around scheduling and workflow balance.

Leadership is flexible and realistic about workloads, and there’s a strong level of trust given to employees to manage their time and responsibilities. What really stands out is that the firm clearly cares about its employees in addition to its clients. There’s an emphasis on sustainability, respect for personal time, and long-term retention, not just getting through deadlines at any cost. Overall, it’s a supportive environment that values both quality client service and employee well-being.

Like any tax firm, there are still peak periods with heavier workloads, but this is handled far better here than at most firms.
