Pros
LOW pay, very if any training, INCOMPETENT management, archaic business model, eroding benefit package. They treat their employees like GARBAGE. They violate many labour laws and take advantage of student workers. They don't pay overtime and mess up your taxes every year GUARANTEED.
Cons
Flexible schedule, that's about it.
