Managers of this company are so off base with the people and the job. They have no clue how the production works . Favoritism is the main word here. The good Ole boys club .They say they hire within that is complete lies unless you are in the good Ole boys club . They ask for feedback all the time but never act or change anything .. No Matter What Pump Out The Tea
