I enjoyed working there. The community was great!

The pay and demand were difficult. However, there were opportunities for advancement.

This is a decent place to work, pay has gone up in the last year. Benefits are decent including tuition reimbursement.

Departments rarely speak to each other, can feel disconnected. They say they will be flexible with school schedules, but a full time job is a full time job, and cannot be made part time in most situations due to the funding source being grants and state funding. This isn't necessarily their fault, just is a part of a government job.
