Pros
Great for entry-level design engineers looking to touch a lot of products and be in charge of launching your own! A fast-paced and extremely collaborative workplace where everyone has a say in the design. The design process is well-structured and has well-orchestrated objectives to hit.
Cons
Not the most competitive pay as a design engineer. Difficult to move up quickly or even get promoted after 2 years.
