Pros
I learned extensively about Italian wine varietals. Ambiance was amazing with typically kind guests. income was consistent and operated through a tip pool.
Cons
Difficult management that often times made me feel undermined or demeaned. Tip pool ( pro and con), on average tips were pooled and approximately 33% of tips generated were used to tip out other non serving roles. Out time was later than other fine dining options in the area.
