      Pros

      They no longer exist. Ventyx no longer exists. Ventyx has merged into ABB fully and is not a separate company. If you get the opportunity to work for ABB, take it. It is a big company and you are no longer pigeon holed.

      Cons

      Mincom used to be rife with nepotism, favoritism and was a stifling place to work where effort and results were not rewarded. (This has all changed now with the move to ABB)

      Pros

      Very competitive pay and benefits. Collaborative spirit between most departments and teams once trust is built. Aggressive and commitment sales staff with a great sales technique. Great C-Level leadership, not afraid to try new things for a time.

      Cons

      Weak mid-level and GM leadership. Lacking good 1:1 communications, direction, and mentoring. Some co-worker appear to be back stabber, saying one thing to your face and doing something different. Need to watch your back and make good and trusted allies. Takes some time to make those for everyone is watching out for themselves.
