- drama, drama drama. dirty politics - worse than the Kardashian show - micro-managing VPs expecting you to slave and sell your soul to the company (includes scrutiny of your social media sites and "expert advise" on how to lead your life from life-less people --> now we know the reason why they left MOE. Who can deal with such people? -indecisive and conflicting policies, rules, comms. Now you see the policy, blinks, now you don't!
