      Pros

      Mindtools has a genuinely positive mission empowering people and organizations to thrive through learning and development. It’s motivating to know your work contributes to that purpose. The people are the best part of the company; teams are friendly, collaborative, and genuinely care about each other.

      Cons

      The company has been through a lot of transformation. While the direction of change is positive, it can feel unsettling at times and communication doesn’t always keep pace.

      There are a number of talented individuals within Mindtools to help drive the company forward. There is a new ELT in place. They are coming out of a few years of M&A and transformation activities.

      Cons

      There is still a lot of work to be done to drive the organisation forward. New team's will need time to gel and form.
