Pros
I will be honest i wish they did no stars at all... because that is what I would have selected. One pro is that while working for this company I was able to help families make the right choice to RUN FOR THE HILLS!
Cons
Where do I start with the cons? Bad management? No communication? Micromanaging? Allowing staff to feel intimated at all times? Being all about money? Not caring for the well being of children at all? Pretending we are actors at UNPAID weekend training days? Having a turn over of 6 staff in the span of a month? The list goes on and on. This company is solely for profit and nothing more.
