      Pros

      Remote. Flexible with decent work-life balance and generally friendly culture.

      Cons

      Directionless. Immature understanding of software. No concept of Agile. Amount of output/hard work is often confused with progress.

      Pros

      Great place to work and learn. Early stages of a start-up, so there is a lot to do. The pace is very fast and new features are created all the time. No time to get bored.

      Cons

      Low pay compare to market. Maybe they will adjust in the future, but at the time I was there, my salary was 50% below market.

      There was a great team here when I first started

      CEO is in way over his head and only wants to have his opinions validated. No chance this place survives as it is
