      You are given the right to choose your client, the pay is outstanding, the owners work with you on anything that you need, and you have the right to develop your own therapy methods. You will get to enjoy the field of therapy.

      Great administrative support, get to choose my clients, competitive pay and benefits, lots of flexibility

      Cons

      The commute for me is long but I'm planning to move closer to the office soon.

      Pay was initially good, but there is no opportunity to grow or increase salary. Currently not market value pay for psychologists.

      Cons

      Owners do not know how to manage people, consistent interpersonal issues, toxic workplace culture, immature and unprofessional behavior.
