Pros
I genuinely love what I get to do at Mindbloom, which is to facilitate and witness truly beautiful transformations in peoples' lives and hope for the future. It's not a gimmick...it's legit (and SAFE). I feel like I have a significant amount of clinical autonomy but ALL the support I could want, and in a very timely manner. Despite it being a virtual job with virtual coworkers, Mindbloom manages to create a collegial atmosphere with joy and comradery. I also often feel that I'm proud to work for a company that genuinely cares about the outcomes it offers and is always looking for ways to improve client experiences *and* it's employees' experiences. It's generally a very low stress/high reward job with fantastic ability to control your own schedule.
Cons
The pay is not competitive, which I believe causes some of the turnover...professional fulfillment doesn't pay the bills and the world has become a vastly more expensive place, which I don't think they've taken into account. FYI: no healthcare/dental benefits, in case that matters to you
