Pros
This is not a pro, I do not approve of CEO but Glassdoor doesn’t give me the option to say that I don’t. I’m here in response to the CEOs rating below. He shared that there are IRL retreats for all employees which is FALSE. Only chosen employees (mainly leadership) attend in person retreats. -takes no accountability to the wounds that have been repeated many times - low pay and low regard for employees wellbeing.
Cons
-“Upper” management is blind to the cracks in the foundation as what really needs to be fixed. -promotes numbers game mentality for mental health and prescribed psychedelics - not a healthy or sustainable model -when I first worked at Mindbloom there was a document that outlined “fair compensation”. That document was permanently removed after guides started to complain about being underpaid. When I submitted a question about this for a company wide meeting, it was ignored.
