Pros

The work is meaningful - ketamine therapy is truly a game changer for many people.

Cons

Low pay, which I knew going in, but the low pay coupled with challenging work conditions, questionable ethical practices, and exploitative working environment makes this role especially unbearable. Inconsistent hours, performance metrics that could encourage unethical action taking, guides felt disposable and undervalued. Amount of admin work and customer care dealing with delivery issues, and customer service complaints was high. Being the "face" for the client also meant fielding angry clients when customer service was lacking, which was often. Was assigned a few clients that felt like they should never have been prescribed ketamine treatment, especially in an at-home model and felt encouraged to keep client's buying new packages even if it felt like the treatment wasn't appropriate for them. Leadership is egotistical and lacks empathy.

Pros

loved the people I worked with, so inspiring! Lots of freedom with time management

Cons

guides are not treated with the level of financial respect that matches up with the fact that we are the face of the company.
