Pros

Truly none. It’s accessible to most train lines. That’s it.

Cons

This is a law factory, not a firm or a service, a comple factory. Every minute of being in the office is tracked and must be accounted for. The work is unbelievabley dull, and most of your time is spent re-doing terrible work coming from overseas. The “company” is dominated by a tiny group of “executives” and “managers” who are as mean and robotic as they are ineffective and disorganized. There is a blind and nearly militant adherence to a “toolkit” that simply does not work. Almost every project is ran like a disaster, constant crisis mode. HR is a joke, they are petty, unfair and at times dishonest. The “benefits” given are whatever minimum requirement the law says an employer must provide. The culture is awful. Your co-workers will likely be those too unmotivated or unskilled to make it anywhere else. Or they’re just complete weirdos. There might be a small handful of high level employees who are kind decent people. But most likely they will leave before you get to work with them much. There are others who are so rude and socially maladjusted they will not even acknowledge your presence in a room, speak to you like a fellow human being, or just act with any sense of decency. One positive I suppose is that there is no unequal treatment. Everyone is treated the same. Treated poorly.

Pros

The PMs are great. They are smart and know how to manage their projects. The working conditions are fine.

Cons

The are only open as long as a PM is at the office. So if they go home early, you have to do as well.

Pros

It's a job...so there's that

Cons

Zero upper management ability, good luck on a bonus or raise as well. If you want to be micromanaged and in one of the more awkward dynamics of having a career HR lady run the entire company then by all means work here. If you are looking for growth opportunity then you will flat out hit a wall. I watched as offers were made to ppl and were rescinded three days before start date. These people had left jobs and then had them yanked b/c a lack of any ability by Senior Management to adequately have foresight on staffing needs. They, of course, dumped that on the client. However, managing the client is the number one goal and the people involved dropped the ball and consistently do. They gave zero notice and zero severance to any of the people which shows the real color of the people steering the company. This company will never make it to the level they think they can, it may have been the first LPO, but there is a reason they've been passed by all the others.
