Pros

The company is growing fast, and you get to grow with it. You get personal guidance from mentors and senior team members. Your ideas are heard and used, even if you're new or an intern. You learn something new every day, not just do routine work. The team is full of energy and wants to do great things. You don’t just sit at a desk – you work on real projects and plans. Your hard work is noticed and appreciated quickly. Decisions are made fast, with no unnecessary steps. You can talk to the founders and leaders directly. Your work actually makes a difference – to students, the team, and the company.

Cons

The work environment is fast-paced, so it’s best for people who enjoy challenges and quick learning. Sometimes you’ll handle multiple roles, which can be intense — but it really helps you build diverse skills. Processes are still evolving, as it's a growing company, so flexibility and adaptability are important. You might have to step out of your comfort zone — but that’s where the real learning happens. Not a place for those who prefer routine — each day brings something new and exciting. Since the team is small, you may wear many hats — but this gives great exposure and responsibility. There’s a strong focus on performance — which means your efforts are always seen and valued.

Pros

There aren't any pros of this company.

Cons

1. This company has come to my college for summer internship placements and promised ₹15000 stipend and a learning environment. However they breached offer letter clauses. Inspite of it being mentioned that ₹15,000 will be given as fixed, later on they changed the narrative to performance based stipend and didn't give my full stipend. 2. We were forced to spam 5 star reviews on multiple platforms like Glassdoor, Google, ambition box, etc. 3. Unrealistic target of ₹80000 for interns and threats of termination if not achieved. 4. Rude and unprofessional behaviour by the founders and other employees. 5. Zero learning. As interns like our classmates working in other companies we expected to learn indepth Marketing, sales, B2B, B2C, CRM, etc. Instead for 2 months we worked as low waged employees. 6. Official timings are from 11am to 8pm, but interns were forced to stay till 9pm on days when sales didn't happen. 7. After my last month, they stopped responding to mails, calls and texts and after 25 days later paid my stipend that too only ₹3000. 8. Additionally their product is just another generic training course but sold at exorbitant prices. we were expected to present misleading information to potential students, including portraying workshops as being conducted in association with reputed MNCs like Microsoft/IBM/Meta without clear or verified affiliations.

Pros

My experience at Mindenious has been extremely positive. The company fosters a welcoming, supportive, and encouraging work environment where everyone is willing to help each other succeed. As an intern, I never felt hesitant to ask questions because guidance and mentorship were always available whenever needed. The team genuinely cares about employee growth and learning, making it a great place to develop both professionally and personally. The workplace maintains an excellent balance between professionalism and a friendly atmosphere. People are committed to delivering high-quality work while also ensuring that team members feel valued and supported. The work-life balance is healthy, work pressure is reasonable, and there is a strong sense of unity and collaboration across the organization. The positive culture and willingness of colleagues to assist one another make it a rewarding place to work.

Cons

I have not personally experienced any major challenges during my time here. The company continues to evolve and grow, which naturally brings new opportunities to learn and adapt, but the supportive team environment makes the transition smooth and enjoyable.
