Pros
Great use of modern technologies. Lots of room to develop. Autonomy and independence are held in high regard, as is personal responsibility.
Cons
The hours can be insane during the crunch (12+ hours, no weekends). Part of Agile is to constantly readjust expectations with stakeholders. Unfortunately, this didn't happen and it ended up being a months-long crunch together with the founder. Junior developers do not get the help they need, and requirements are often not captured or communicated effectively. Can be quite clique-y. Due to the international nature of the company, language barriers can cause a divide.
