Pros
This is a place to get your start post-university. They hire without office experience and are mainly looking for the right personality (can talk on the phone and connect with people). Working as a recruiter can be repetitive but you do talk to some genuinely interesting people sometimes. This position gave me the experience that was necessary to move into my career of choice. Everyone I can think of who has left the company was able to move into a great position that they genuinely wanted.
Cons
The job is really repetitive. It is basically working in a glorified call-center. The management tend to think that they are the s*** and talk a lot about all the opportunities coming up in the company because it is growing so much. I don't know if they believe what they are saying or just hoping that all employees will buy in. The opportunities didn't come and talking to people who are still there, they still haven't. This doesn't mean that it is a bad place to work but I wouldn't invest more than 1-2 years in the job.
