      Supportive management, great work culture, perfect for fresh out of university students.

      Cons

      Hourly pay for the first year, $15/hour and no benefits. Townhall meetings and such we’re unpaid with expected attendance.

      - Working from home since pandemic - Paycheques showed up - Supportive teammates who got it

      Cons

      - Bad leadership like really really bad leadership at the top - Good leaders either quit or get let go like recently - no regard for seniority - Constant changes with no meaning or basis in reality - never holding the right people accountable - leaders never taking accountability themselves - blaming recruiters for bad job deals when recruiters do all the hard work
