It's remote, other than that there's nothing.
Cons
Management changes their mind and metrics all the time. Expects you to do specific work without giving you the resources to be successful. Hard work is understandable in the recruitment business, but if you don't have the resources how can you do it? They fire almost everyone, even their own Payroll staff, and the moment they fire their payroll staff that should make you want to run away. The business will close down within this year, it's too bad because it was enjoyable in 2021-2022.
