I love the autonomy I get with Mindfire. I work from home part time and absolutely love it. It has been awesome having the trust to work from home part time. So many companies don't understand that we are parents first and employees second. I also love that the company is mostly composed of Engineers. The drama is for sure kept to a minimum. Also, our CTO used to be an Instructor for Weber State University, so our lunch and learns are a great opportunity to learn about new things.
