Overall it was a good job with really great colleagues. Flexible schedule was nice and the product discount was a good perk.

The biggest issue was that the pay was low and there were no opportunities to get promoted. Even when you had a large impact on the company, you were never really recognized for it. It was hard to communicate with leadership, it felt very us versus them. There was a huge communication gap and even if you did voice your opinion, rarely did anyone take action. I would agree with the review below regarding the personalities. It made interdepartmental work extremely difficult. Also, there was a passive-aggressive culture in which the people who left were the problem when in fact most of the employees who departed were actually the most productive and easiest to work with.

MCC has a strong focus on work-life balance, with a flexible remote schedule. I worked with many wonderful, creative, and genuinely caring people.

The company felt a bit unstable at times—there were a few layoffs while I was there, and it was going through major changes due to a rebrand and restructuring. Being a small company, you often have to take on multiple roles. The pay is also lower than the industry average.
