Unrealistic expectations and no respect for designers - Graphic Designer Mindful Souls Employee Review

Complete lack of respect for the design profession. Unrealistic expectations with impossible deadlines right from day one. They expect each creative to be done in 15 minutes, which is absurd. When they asked why the work took time and I explained my process, they reported to HR that I was “complaining.” Heavy micromanagement from people with little to no design background. Very low pay for the amount of work expected. Everything was super unorganized — no structure, no clear communication, and no proper onboarding.
