Make and control your own schedule, control how many new referrals to take, constant stream of new clients at any time, cool EHR
Cons
extremely low compensation, tiered pay (the more hours you bill the higher your pay is), support is sparse unless you advocate for it, individual supervision not really offered, pay structure for supervisors is not worth it, it's hard to get a client off your caseload to refer to someone else.
