marketing-led growth means marketing has a lot of power in the organization.
There are some really smart hardworking people in the rank-and-file and a few talented and charismatic leaders. People with great leaders can flourish. Others will just leave or get fired eventually because of personality conflicts.

Unrealistic growth goals and everyone knows it and discusses it openly, then everyone stresses out trying to hit them anyway. inconsistent quality of upper management in terms of people skills and egos. about 20 years behind on technology makes basic work harder than necessary. the worst health insurance benefits you will ever have.
