Pros

Commitment of the clinical team and clinical director to good ABA. Kind, compassionate, and diligent approach evident in everything we do. Prioritization of clients and team members despite being a smaller company. Uplifting atmosphere and proactive planning to encourage growth. Owner's passion for sharing information and resources with families.

Cons

While MIM's commitment to ethical practices and prioritizing the well-being of both children and our team members is unwavering, it can be challenging to compete with other agencies that may not adhere to the same standards. This reality can be discouraging at times. However, amidst this challenge, it's reassuring to know that despite any hurdles, MIM's focus on doing what's right for our clients and our team members never wavers. In the grand scheme of things, this challenge is nothing but a tiny cloud in an otherwise sunny sky

Pros

They do treat the children well and give good focus on their treatment. The owner, Sue, is amazing and so caring.

Cons

awful toxic work environment - full of mean girls who bully you -judgemental fellow rbts and employers - the employers pick and choose who they like or don’t like - the pay isn’t worth the chaos that goes on in there, the clinical director is “nice” to your face yet is using an extremely condescending tone the whole time - any change you request on your schedule is not handled lightly - they watch you like hawks on the camera and pull you into the office when a mistake was made as if you’re 5 - everyone is paid differently, but given different reasons every time so no one knows why they make less than their peers - they made a rule for employees to ask for PERMISSION to use the bathroom - turn over is insanely high - no pto whatsoever All around the entire environment is full of condescending people who speak to you as if you’re stupid, rudeness, and unfair treatment. You will work here for 2 weeks and get burnt out as if it’s been 2 years , so don’t waste your time.
