      Learning: they provide you a lot of courses for free

      Cons

      1. Management should respect their employee's privacy. 2. Calling during public holidays are not acceptable, 3. HR are always a company's spoke person and they proved it again. 4. Other employees are always your competitor, not a healthy competitor. 5. Mentorship or assets are always gatekeeping by themself.

      Pros

      Excellent solutions and capabilities being delivered to customers that can help sharpen experience. Solid business outcomes being delivered. Employees getting employability here and not just employment.

      Cons

      Pivot from captive to service provider takes time, it is ok if growth comes slowly as long as it comes steadily.
