As an Employees-First company, we strive to ensure that our employees have a work-life balance that is respectful to them but also takes into account the business demands of our fast-paced industry. Admittedly, this is difficult but we’re working hard to create a better experience all around. It’s concerning to know that the workload pressure is making you uncomfortable enough to write about it. As far as lack of onsite opportunities is concerned, this is very much dependent upon the type of project we undertake.
