If you’re looking for a company where you can grow and build a long-term career, this is it. I started as a production floor technician and worked my way up to production manager, gaining valuable leadership experience and learning from a great team along the way. I later transitioned into a field service technician role, which gave me the opportunity to travel and see firsthand how the equipment we build is used in real-world situations. There’s a real sense of purpose here—knowing you’ve played a part in creating and supporting life-saving equipment brings a level of pride that’s hard to match.

The amount of equipment we have does take a while to learn, I have been here for a long time and I’m still learning about some new equipment.

Good training opportunities and a solid benefits package. Some great people on the team who are helpful and knowledgeable.

Workplace culture needs improvement. There is noticeable negativity at times, along with a tendency to point fingers instead of taking accountability. Communication is lacking across teams, which leads to confusion and inefficiencies. The organization feels unstructured, and processes are not always clear or consistent.
