Pros
When I look for a place I want to work, I look for 3 things - great product, open-minded and humble leadership, and happy customers. We really do have all three, and I think it shows on a day-to-day basis by how motivated all of the teams are. It's extremely easy to get involved in as much or as little as you want to, and there is a sense that you'll still be valued. We're lucky to still be at the stage where everybody's contributions matter.
Cons
I fear that as we grow, we will lose the sense of respect that we've built as peers across teams. Then again, I don't think that this size of a company is for everyone, and as we grow and hit new milestones, I'm sure we will also outgrow more people. It's extremely easy to work too much. We have a weird culture where people don't know how to say no, and then requests just keep piling up on very few people. We need to not only learn to say no, but also respect that everybody does not want to commit 60+ hours a week to working here - or even 40+!
