      - The mission and students. Damn, the stuff we've put up with because we love 'em. - A few really nice colleagues

      Cons

      - Culture of overworking - Not enough staffing - Retention and growth are not valued - Pay is not competitive - Undefined promotion or career growth track - No clearly defined boundaries — you are expected to do things that are not your job and robably work overtime to do it
