Incredibly good clients, especially in the private aerospace domain. The work is engaging and often novel, rather than repetitive enterprise projects. There is a strong sense of ownership and accountability, and good work is frequently recognized. Great stability for consultants, unlike what is often seen in consulting environments. Very good work culture: approachable and friendly managers, competent coworkers, and a collaborative environment that is great for learning. Strong flexibility in terms of work timing and mode. Good opportunities to explore broader technical interests through POCs and independently handling larger projects. Good pay and benefits overall.
