Cons
No support what so ever. Upper management is just riding the clock into the sunset and is not involved one bit. The bickering and this high school drama everyone has is such a burn out. Store manager is very friendly but warehouse manager has such an attitude that’s depressing to come into. Always yelling about dumb things people do. When I backorder an item, I get yelled at. But he “cycle counts everything” “it’s there, I know it.” And it’s not there.. customer yelling at me because of management flaws and won’t even correct the situation. Scanners are an absolute joke, drops connection at least once a day. poor upper management hit the curb, this company might gain its worth.
